How do I get my information to you?

Our information gathering process leverages the convenience and efficiency of email in combination with our Resume Data Profiler Form (which identifies pertinent experience in relation to your career target, experience, education and other important information), followed by our in-depth evaluation and questioning process where we evaluate, pinpoint crucial components, and further question you regarding the information provided in your profiler.

[Note: Our company does not follow a template-style method. Each project is unique, with the layout, formatting and content specific to your situation. We aim to get to know as much about you, your expertise, achievements and overall visions, so that when we develop your resume, we can depict as much of your character and expertise as possible].

In times gone by we utilised a face-to-face service however concluded that the use of the profiler coupled with our comprehensive evaluation/questioning process elicits far greater information (in comparison to a face-to-face meeting) thus enhancing your candidacy. The reasons for this are:
 
  we are able to carefully scrutinise the information you have provided and subsequently prepare relevant questions that aim to draw out quantifiable contributions and achievements. Quite often we find clients need to go back and source relevant information that is virtually impossible to recall at the spur of the moment. This is a process that should not be rushed, nor should you rely on your memory to recall facts and figures. Providing incorrect information that is uncovered during an interview would be embarrassing and potentially damaging to your candidacy;
  this process can also uncover special projects that clients did not recall or document when completing their profiler. The technique allows you to explore your information in far greater depth than what a face-to-face appointment would;
  negates the need for you to take time off from work or studies to make an appointment with us time is valuable and our process allows you to provide information and answer questions at a time suitable for you whether 5 am in the morning or 11 pm at night.
  avoids the potential situation of a current employer realising you are seeking another position which could jeopardise your current employment situation.

How do I place an order?

Once you have decided which products you wish to purchase, just click on the accompanying 'Buy Me' tag to be directed to our secure Shopping Cart system. What happens after I place my order?

1.

Upon receipt of your order (through our secure Shopping Cart system) we will email you our Resume Data Profiler form. You are encouraged to complete this as best as you can and forward the completed profiler back to us, along with any other documents (i.e. an old resume; copy of the positions you will be targeting etc).

Upon receipt of your completed profiler and other documentation, we will evaluate your information and if required, email you additional questions in order to further elaborate on the original details provided. [This is an extremely important step in the process as often our clients miss important information which can be developed into an impressive achievement].

 
3.

Once we receive your responses, development of your resume will begin.

 
4.

Your resume and letter draft will be emailed to you within the 5-7 working day period for your review and comment, where you are encouraged to ensure all information has been interpreted correctly.

Upon receipt of your revisions we will update your documents and email back to you to ensure you are happy with the changes. [Note: You will have further opportunities to make changes if you need].

How long does it take for my resume to be developed?

Our standard timing is generally 7 - 10 working days (depending on our current bookings), from initial receipt of your completed resume profiler, to a completed resume. However, this does depend on the speed and efficiency on our clients' response to various questions and other fact finding methods we implement. Therefore we need you to work collaboratively with us, be as helpful as possible, and return the information as quickly as possible – after all, you want a document that is going to make an impact on the prospective employer.

If you require your resume urgently, we will be able to accommodate your requirements, however a further charge will be applicable on top of our normal charges. [Refer Additional Charges and scroll down to Rush Order].

I noticed some spelling errors - why is this?

Our company is located in Australia and we are therefore using International English (i.e. authorisation, utilise, specialise, etc) rather than U.S. English (i.e. authorization, utilize, specialize, etc). We work with clients located Internationally and are familiar with each country's spelling standards.

What methods of payment do you accept?

What are your Company Payment Policies?

Payment of your order will be charged to your credit card at such time that you place your order so please ensure that there are enough funds to cover the charge. If your card payment is declined, an administration charge of $10.00 will be added to the package price to cover administrative and banking costs. Please note that the charge on your credit card statement will state A.E.C. Office Services - our head office.
 

We also offer a two easy payments plan option for our Gold Class & Silver Success Packages. The first payment is made at the time of placing your order, and the second payment is made prior to us sending you your documentation drafts.
